Client Queue & Dashboard

The Client Dashboard is your home base (/clients). It is designed to prioritize your daily workflow.

Understanding the Queue

The dashboard is organized into three collapsible sections:

1. Active Clients

This list shows patients who are actively engaged with the practice right now.

  • Trigger: Patients are added here when they check in or when a provider starts a visit.
  • Action: Click a patient card to immediately resume their chart.

2. Upcoming Clients

This section displays appointments scheduled for the future (typically the current day).

  • Source: Pulled from your scheduling system.
  • Action: Prepare for upcoming visits by reviewing their chart ahead of time.

3. Past Clients

A history of patients you have recently treated or viewed.

  • Use Case: Quickly reference a chart you were just working on without searching.

Patient Cards

Each entry in the list (a "Patient Card") displays:

  • Avatar: Patient photo or initials.
  • Name: Full legal name.
  • Status: Current visit status (e.g., Checked In, In Progress).
