Measurements & Vitals

Clinical measurements are critical for tracking patient wellness over time.

Recording Vitals​

  1. Open the active visit.
  2. Click the Measurements sub-tab/button.
  3. Click Add Measurement.

Supported Metrics​

  • Height & Weight (Auto-calculates BMI)
  • Blood Pressure (Systolic/Diastolic)
  • Heart Rate
  • Temperature
  • Oxygen Saturation (SpO2)
  • Lab Values (Gl, LDL, HDL, etc.)

Historical data is visualized in the Measurements tab.

  • Charts: View line graphs of weight or BP over time.
  • Reference Ranges: Values outside normal ranges are highlighted in Red (High/Low).
